The Power To Succeed

I wonder if this sounds like you…
You have a dream. You want to make that dream a reality – sometimes you want it so bad it hurts.
But no matter how hard you try, you’ve not been able to make it happen.
Perhaps you feel there are people standing in your way – whether they’re real people who are part of your life right now, or figures from your past, or even part of your imagination. It doesn’t matter. All you know is you’re afraid of what they might think or say if you try and fail again.
Perhaps you’re just afraid of what the person in the mirror will have to say. Sometimes she can be the harshest critic of all.
Well, I’d like to introduce you to someone. His name is Paul, and he’s the subject of a video I’d like you to watch.
You see, Paul had a dream, too. His dream was to sing Opera. And even though he was the most unlikely opera singer you can imagine, he was determined.
So determined, in fact, that he was willing to subject himself to the harsh criticism of Simon Cowell himself, in an audition for the TV show Britain’s Got Talent.
Go ahead and take a look at the video below. As you do, pay particular attention to the looks on the judges’ faces as Paul comes out.
Notice the scorn in their eyes as they pre-judge him based upon his looks and the fact that he’s “only” a mobile phone salesman in a suit that’s a bit tight.
Notice even the fear you can detect in Paul’s eyes. Then pay attention to what happens next.
I don’t know about you, but that video gives me chills every time I see it!
But you know what else it does? It makes me believe that if this guy Paul can have the courage to do what he did, then who am I to shrink from the great things I’m capable of?
You see, Paul Potts didn’t just make it past the first round of auditions in a TV show in England. He went all the way and won the competition. Today, he has a successful album on the UK charts, and has sold 2,000,000 copies of his first single.
He’s living his dream because he refused to be stopped by fear, or by past failures, or by the people who he says have bullied him all of his life.
He was so determined that even facing acid-tongued Simon Cowell didn’t stop him.
So as you and I look at our New Year’s Resolutions, let’s make this one together: Let’s refuse to let anyone or anything stand in the way of accomplishing our dreams.
Are you with me?
If so, you’ll see why it’s so important that you register free for our one time only Emergency “Weight Loss Web Summit.”
Some have written in to ask why the Summit is such an “emergency.” And I’ll tell you – because the answer really ties in with what we’ve just been talking about.
You see, right now millions of us are making decisions to try and lose the weight we’ve struggled with for so long. Most will try and do it on their own for the first few weeks.
But by mid-January, many people start to realize that it’s going to be harder than they thought. And they start looking for help from the weight loss industry.
Its this time every year that sales and profits start to go through the roof for these companies. Unfortunately, what they’re selling you may not be as helpful as they’ve led you to believe.
That’s why we feel this “Weight Loss Web Summit” is such an emergency. Because good people like yourself – people we’ve come to care about through our email contacts – are about to spend good money on things that may wind up being nothing but a false promise.
