If it’s not quite Noon Eastern as you read this, you still have just a few short minutes to get registered for tomorrow’s big event.

But you’d better hurry – because after Noon Eastern TODAY, we can no longer accept registrations, and you’ll have to miss our first ever Weight Loss Web Summit.

The Big Day is almost here – and I really want you to be a part of it all. So before you get to today’s message, go ahead and Click Here to get registered before it’s too late!

Now, on to today’s tip.

We’ve gotten quite a few emails asking whether or not Dr. Scott (remember, he’s a Naturopathic Doctor – he specializes in alternative medicines and natural remedies) could recommend the best dietary supplements to go along with the strategies we’ve been sharing.

Of course, you know already that the keys to sustained weight loss are:

  • Eating foods that don’t spike your blood sugar
  • Making sure your diet is balanced between foods that produce an acid or base response in your body
  • Sustained exercise
  • Getting your subconscious mind working with you instead of against you
  • And getting enough sleep

Taking pills alone will not make you lose weight. Even so, there are some supplements that can make it a little easier, and help your body stay healthy in the process. According to Dr. Scott, they include:

  • Amino Acids: remember that many amino acids (proteins) are used to help your brain to feel full. L-Tyrosine, L-Phenylalanine, GABA and tryptophan can all help you feel satisfied and content. Glutamine is used by body-builders to help increase muscle mass and this is important to increase metabolism.
  • Multivitamins: many cravings come from not having enough nutrients in the food you are eating. Make sure you get a good quality multivitamin.
  • 5-HTP: This is a form of tryptophan that works on the brain to give you the feeling of fullness.
  • Green Tea: Green tea has been shown to help with weight loss as it increases metabolism.
  • Alpha Lipoic Acid: ALA works to increase weight loss, make insulin (the hormone that controls sugar) work better and it also helps high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
  • Chromium: Chromium works well to help keep blood sugar in check

So Today’s Action Plan is to take your vitamins!

Well, I have to tell you – I’m so excited I can hardly stand it! And just a bit nervous – after all, neither Dr. Scott nor myself have ever conducted a webinar before.

But as I look over the notes we have, and the information that’s going to be provided at this event, I know it’s going to be worth all the hard work we’ve put into it.

In fact, whatever you have to do to be at your computer tomorrow at Noon Eastern, it will be worth it. You’re going to hear solid strategies that will help you lose that extra weight once and for all.

And you’re going to hear facts about the multi-billion dollar weight loss industry that will have you fighting mad!

But we’re down to the wire. There are literally only minutes left to register. So I sincerely hope you’ll check out the information here, and make plans to join us at this one time only event!
